- Do you offer email support directly, or only through this form?
- Both work the same way — the form on this page simply pre-fills an email to hello@tracemyimage.com through your own mail client. You can just email that address directly if you prefer.
- How quickly will I get a response?
- This is a small, independently run project, so response times vary, but most messages get a reply within a few days. Bug reports with clear reproduction steps tend to get addressed fastest.
- Is any of the information in this form stored or sent to a server?
- No. The form builds a mailto: link locally in your browser and hands it off to your operating system's default email client — nothing is transmitted to us, or anyone, until you actually hit send in your own mail app.
